Requesting Accommodations
STEP 1: Gather Appropriate Documentation

Documentation Guidelines
Susquehanna University students who seek 住宿 based on their disability are responsible for completing an online Disability Disclosure and Request for Accommodation form and for providing appropriate supporting documentation.
